General Practice
Our Physical Therapist personalizes your treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Hands-on practice includes manual therapy, myofascial release, and acupuncture while incorporating exercise prescription and education on activity modification. Integrating Somatic and Pain Reprocessing Therapy techniques combined with 20 yrs of clinical practice, Andrea helps patients decrease bracing patterns and feel safe and strong in their bodies.

Strength ABC
Strength After Breast Cancer (SABC) is a 5-week group exercise class held at the downtown YMCA for those with or at risk for lymphedema. Our focus is on strength training, flexibility and cardio training with a fun group atmosphere. No previous exercise experience is needed, however, a 1 hr physiotherapy screening assessment must be completed before the start of the program. Please contact Andrea to sign up!

Breast Cancer Rehab
Along with our extensive training on the treatment and management of Lymphedema, our Physical Therapist can help with all areas of rehabilitation from breast cancer treatments. Pain, restrictions, and other side effects can be affected through posture retraining, shoulder range of motion, strength exercises, and specific scar work.
